The last-mile delivery segment continues to grow and evolve at a staggering rate. Ecommerce delivery is a large part of that, but so too is the healthcare segment, particularly with the aging baby boomer population.

Priority Dispatch saw these emerging trends over a decade ago and began to pivot its business in order to support the demand. Over that time, Priority Dispatch has quietly become one of the leading transportation providers for the eCommerce, healthcare, government, and office supply industries.

Since 1973, we have continued to pursue excellence in the delivery process. This dedication, along with our experience and expertise, has launched our company into new markets with a particular focus on the healthcare industry. As we continue to grow, our core values of Service, Respect, Integrity, Improvement and Giving Back remain at the forefront of our strategy. Core Capabilities

  • On-Demand Delivery: Deliveries within 90 minutes or three hours.
  • Out-of-Town Delivery: Providing deliveries statewide or nationwide.
  • After-Hours Delivery: Pick-up and drop-off between the hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. This service also applies to weekend and holiday deliveries.
  • Scheduled: Our most economical delivery of time-sensitive or secure shipments routed through a standard schedule.
  • Exclusive Use: This service provides a dedicated driver and vehicle. You designate the routing and destination. With our Exclusive Use option, you get your own driver at a fraction of the cost.
  • Distribution: We offer both Next Day and Scheduled Delivery, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Large Truck For services of high volume or weight that require a large vehicle. Options include the use of a cargo van, 16’ or 24’ box truck or semi tractor-trailer.
  • CLDA: The Customized Logistics and Delivery Association is the largest trade association in the industry providing time-critical and last-mile deliveries. Priority Dispatch is Distinguished Service Award recipient.
  • OSTA: The Ohio Same-Day Transportation Association was formed to advance the interests of Ohio-based couriers throughout the state. Jeff Thomas, President of Priority Dispatch, is one of the founding members and former President of OSTA.
  • Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber: The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber Board of Trustees is the nation’s fifth-largest chamber, representing nearly 5,000 member businesses. Priority has been a member since 1973 and is the recipient of the “1992 Small Business of the Year” Award.
  • Leadership Cincinnati USA: Julie Thomas (2008-09) is a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati USA, founded by the Cincinnati USA Chamber. This program is designed for established, senior leaders looking to make a difference in their communities.
  • Blue Ash Advisory Council: Julie Thomas currently serves on the Blue Ash Advisory Council for the Cincinnati USA Chamber.
