Priority Dispatch is a same day courier and distribution company, providing custom tailored, day ground based, transportation services. Priority is a leading provider of same day delivery and logistics services in Ohio and its contiguous states. Through a network of delivery centers, Priority can pick up, store, deliver and distribute any shipment door-to-door from a single package to a truckload

Richard Thomas founded Priority in 1973, and acted as president and CEO of the family owned business for three decades. Priority Dispatch pioneered the 'same-day' package delivery service, starting with three vehicles and three independent contractors. Our company has grown to be one of the Midwest's oldest and largest messenger courier companies. Today, under the watchful family eye of CEO Jeff Thomas, and Vice President Julie Thomas, Priority has expanded its territory, associate and Independent Contractor base.

Priority has terminals in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo, and Chicago with bases in Detroit, Michigan; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Lexington, Louisville and Henderson Kentucky and Indianapolis, Indiana. Our corporate headquarters are located in Blue Ash, OH. The delivery products and services offered to our customers are; 1) same day 'on-demand' delivery, 2) same day scheduled delivery, 3) exclusive use delivery, 4) expedited trucking, and 5) logistic services.

Customer orders are received by the central call center in Cincinnati and transmitted to the appropriate delivery center location. A dispatcher at that site contacts a driver and relays the order. Customers range from a wide variety of industries including financial, health care, printing, legal, marketing, consumer products, and business-to-business in Ohio and contiguous states.
